Problem

When placing an order with a subscription, the error "Amount is not a number" occurs.


Cause

This is most likely caused by an incorrect configuration in the Ingenico account.


It is correct that for subscriptions the paramter AMOUNT is 0 (zero), so this is not the cause of the issue.


Solution

The configuration of the account should be checked by the Ingenico team. The option might not be configurable by the merchant.
