When making a refund, only the button "Refund offline" is shown.


  • Make sure to follow the correct workflow: first open the invoice, then click "Refund" at the top right.
  • If you still only see the button "Refund offline", make sure that all Dynamic E-Commerce Parameters are enabled in the Ingenico backoffice.
  • Then test again with a new order if the refund works correctly.
