• The buyer went through the checkout process and selected "Save my payment details". So far, everything looked good.
  • However, on a later payment attempt with a new order, the credit card data on the external payment page (redirect) is not pre-filled.
  • It looks as if the Alias was not stored.

Possible cause

Only the first 32 characters of the Alias were stored in the Magento database. This results in an invalid Alias value being sent to Ingenico.
