No payment products are visible in the checkout.

Possible causes

  1. The Endpoint URL is incorrect.
  2. There is an error in the credentials.
  3. The server IP address has not been whitelisted by Ingenico.
  4. No payment products are available for the combination of curreny, country, and order amount.


For the points 1-3, check the configuration in Magento. If in doubt, contact Ingenico and ask if the data is correct.

For point 4, check the currency, country, and total amount of the order, and verify with Ingenico that this combination is actually allowed.
