If you are uncertain if the Ingenico module is actually the cause for an issue, you can deactivate it temporarily. This shows if there is a conflict with another module (e.g. when problems in the checkout occur).

Please follow this procedure:

  1. In the file app/etc/modules/Netresearch_OPS.xml in branch <Netresearch_OPS><active> change the value from true to false (line 36) and save the file.
  2. Flush or update all Magento caches in "System -> Cache Management". Do this even if they are disabled.
  3. If the Magento Compiler is active, is must be disabled. See "System -> Tools -> Compilation".

Now check if the issue still persists. If it does, the Ingenico module is not the cause, because it is not active anymore.
